Elisa Franchini
Founder & Senior Consultant
A humanist at heart, with a classical high school diploma, a degree in Human Sciences and a specialization in HR & Organization, Elisa began and developed her career in executive search at two of the largest multinational companies in the human resources sector.
In this context, for about twenty years, she honed her experience as a Head Hunter, supporting listed international companies, Italian entrepreneurial businesses, and private equity funds in the C-Level and Executive segment.
Within a world-leading HR services company, she held increasingly senior management roles, becoming responsible for the headquarters and regional branches, and contributing to the launch and growth of the search and selection brand for middle and executive profiles on the Italian market.
She is a trusted partner of several important national consulting and management organizations, which she has supported for years in their Talent Acquisition needs.
An obsessive lover of reading, psychoanalysis, and her three children.
